Have you ever found yourself standing in the supplement aisle for 20 minutes staring at the shelf, only to walk away with nothing because you couldn’t decide?
Or do you ever stress that you'll somehow fuck it up and make the wrong choice, even though you know it doesn't actually matter that much?
If that rings a bell, I feel you...
Even small choices like what to eat, whether to say yes to that invite, or deciding what to wear can feel oddly stressful.
Maybe you find yourself, mid-decision:

Maybe sometimes you question if you even really know yourself or what you want, like why can't I just decide?!?!!?Â
So, what's really going on here?
Many sensitive, perceptive people struggle with decisions because we’re taught to decide almost entirely from the mind.
We think we should just know what we want.
But sensitivity means you receive a lot of information all the time, internally & externally.
And when the body isn’t included in the process, that can turn into doubt and overwhelm.
Your body's got you…
Your body is already responding to information, and can interpret:
- what feels right
- what feels off
- what’s safe
- what’s too much
Often before your mind can explain it.
Body-based decision making is about learning to feel those signals, listen to them in a helpful way, and actually start to trust them.
Not so the body replaces the mind, but so they can work together.
What we'll explore:

Your somatic yes and no

Subtle signals of strength, softening, and ease

Gentle muscle testing as a way of listening to the body and nervous system

Simple orientation practices (like leaning forward or back) to sense alignment
These practices are about building a relationship with your body as a source of feedback and information.
And that relationship is best felt, which is why we practice together.
